Amongst the honoured and noble nations of the heartlands there are many fine and virtuous peoples’ traditions and religions, and then there is Teutonia. This despotic kingdom is the abode of the hideous and the black hearted. Although some embers of nobility still flicker amongst the darkness the casual wanderer should be under no illusion that the dark towers of Teutonia should be anything other than feared.
Few Foreigners are welcomed into Teutonia but those who do stay for any length of time will find themselves changed by the experience. Once you experience the wildest and the darkest parts of Teutonia, none can leave unaffected.
The Viper faction has many allies; both through strict nation diplomacy (however the Viper Diplomatic Corps are one of the most respect and feared) which would involve treaties but also more personal ties to individuals who have mutual goals to individual Vipers and so work together through is sometimes called the Schwarzes Schlangenetz or the Black Snake Network.
Currently in charge of Teutonia and the Viper Faction is Lady Stesha of Mortis who acts as Lord Regent for Prince Wilhelm Georg.
