There are 3 viper laws

1) Do not get caught - Simplisticly it means being incompetent as well as getting caught was now also recognised as a crime. so stupidity and punishment went now hand in hand.

2) Viper does not 'do' viper - 'Do' was open to broad interpritation this could mean anything and everything from theft to murder, basically it was against the law to harm in anyway another viper subject to law 1.

3) Do not take the piss* - This law is very self eveident upset someone in authority and it's a crime. subjet to laws 1 and 2.
